South Star Speyside is a 10 year old single malt released by the independent bottler South Star Spirits. It was vatted from ten hogsheads, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2021, with 2148 bottles filled. The distillery is not named. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. The nose is fruity and floral with notes of lemon. On the palate there is caramel with a touch of salt, and the finish brings baked apples and pears with cinnamon.
