Southern Star High Rye Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Southern Star High Rye is a straight bourbon whiskey made with a high rye mash bill, which gives it a spice-forward character alongside the sweetness expected of bourbon. The colour is deep amber with golden highlights. The nose brings rye spice, caramel and vanilla. On the palate, black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg sit with caramel, toffee and toasted oak, with hints of dried fruit and honey. The finish is long and warming, with spice and sweetness lingering.
