Spearhead is a single grain Scotch whisky matured in infrared-toasted and fire-toasted barrels. It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof) in a 70cl bottle.
The toasting techniques are what set it apart, drawing extra sweetness and depth from the wood. It is made to be drunk neat or in cocktails.
The tasting notes describe a palate of vanilla, ripe orchard fruit and light caramel with a soft body, and a clean, sweet, gentle finish.
