Speyburn 16 Years Old is a Speyside single malt from the Speyburn Distillery in Rothes, Moray, in a one-litre bottle. It is aged for 16 years and matured in bourbon casks.
The nose is green apple and honey with a light trace of peat. On the palate there are layers of vanilla, toffee and light spice, leading to a long finish with hints of dried fruit and wood. It can be taken neat or with a little water to open up the aromas.
