Speyburn 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle. It was matured for 18 years in a combination of American oak and Spanish oak casks.
The colour is dark golden. The nose is led by sweet toffee, sugared almonds and tropical fruit, with caramelised sugar, candied apple and a faint honeyed smokiness. On the palate there are creamy dark chocolate, toffee, gentle oak spice and a touch of citrus, followed by a long, slightly smoky finish with a bittersweet edge.
