Speyside 11 Year Old is a single malt from Brave New Spirits, released under the Whisky of Voodoo name and bottled at 52.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in second-fill bourbon barrels.
The nose is spiced pineapple and ripe banana with a faint sweet smoke, then peach and gala melon over creamy notes. The palate is sweet and creamy with a tangy edge, bringing citrus, dry spice, peach, apricot and honey, plus sweet popcorn and cinnamon buns. The finish is long and stays on the tongue for minutes.
