This is an 18-year-old single malt from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, bottled by Signatory Vintage in its 100 Proof Exceptional Cask series. It was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt.
It is bottled at a cask strength of 57.1%, non-chill filtered and with no colouring added. The flavours are rich and sherried, with dried fruit, dark chocolate, cinnamon and orange peel, leading to a full-bodied, warming, spicy finish.
