This is a 21 year old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from a single cask, number 104, distilled in 2005. It was chosen by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage for its Symington's Choice range, which is selected under the name of Andrew Symington, the company's founder.
The whisky is bottled at a cask strength of 59.3% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery is not named on the bottling and appears only as Speyside (M), following the convention Signatory uses for releases of this kind.
