Spirit Works Four Grain Straight Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

Spirit Works Four Grain Straight Bourbon is pot distilled in Sonoma County. It brings together two bourbon formulas in a proprietary master blend, and is bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The mash bills combine 60% corn with wheat, rye and barley, which gives a layered grain character. Honeysuckle, toasted sugar and stone fruit lead on the nose, followed by chicory, brown butter and treacle on the palate. Roasted savoury cooking spices carry through the finish.
