Spiritfilled Mythical Beasts Glen Moray 28 Year Old (70cl, 48%)

This is a 28 year old Glen Moray from Speyside, bottled by Spiritfilled, founded by Russell Spratley and Ross Archer. It is the Nyami Nyami release in the Mythical Beasts range, named after the river god of legend. It was matured in two bourbon casks and bottled at 48%, with natural colour and without chill filtration. Only 268 bottles of 70cl were released. The nose leads with pear, pear drops and fresh green apples. On the palate, pear gives way to vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish turns from spicy warmth to full fruit, with candied pineapple.
