Springbank 10 Year Fino Cask Matured is the fourth release in Springbank's five part Sherry Series. It was distilled in July 2015 and spent four years in refill bourbon hogsheads before six more in fresh American oak Fino sherry hogsheads.
It was bottled in October 2025 at a cask strength of 55%, non-chill filtered and of natural colour, with an outturn of 11,400 bottles.
The nose combines blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits with sea spray, lemon zest, toasted almond and dry flor notes. The palate brings cinnamon sugar, mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd over sweet malt and gentle coastal smoke. The finish is long and clean, with key lime, maple syrup, drying peat smoke and oak spice.
