This is the 2023 release of Springbank 10 Year Old, made in Campbeltown at one of very few Scottish distilleries that floor-malt, distil, mature and bottle on their own site. The whisky was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks and is lightly peated.
It is bottled non-chill filtered and with natural colour. Sea salt, citrus and vanilla come with a soft wisp of smoke, and the texture is oily. The finish is long and spiced.
