Springbank 10 Year Old Amontillado is a single malt Scotch whisky from Campbeltown, bottled at 55% vol. It was distilled in July 2014 and bottled in September 2024, in an edition of 9,900 bottles.
The whisky spent its first five years in first-fill bourbon casks, then a further five in Amontillado casks made of American oak.
On the nose it is earthy, with hazelnut, maraschino cherry and blood orange. The palate brings smoked bacon, light tobacco, coconut and cooked fruit. The finish is long, with toasted oak and spice.
