Springbank 12 Year Old Batch 27 is a cask strength single malt from Campbeltown, released in 2025 as a limited edition. It is bottled at 55.9% and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in a mix of casks: 60% bourbon, 35% sherry and 5% rum.
The nose is sweet and lively, with pineapple and banana loaf. On the palate a slight hint of peat smoke leads into milk chocolate and creme brulee, and the finish stays sweet, with cinnamon.
