This is Springbank 12 Year Old Cask Strength, Batch 26, the second release of 2024. It is a Campbeltown single malt bottled at its natural strength of 56.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The vatting draws on three types of cask: 60% bourbon, 35% sherry and 5% rum. That mix gives the batch its character, with the bourbon casks making up the greater part.
