The nose offers ripe apples, juicy pears, dried apricots, cinnamon, fresh thyme and oak char. On the palate come velvety caramel, rich honey, almonds and cracked black pepper, with a creamy texture. The finish is long and warm, with golden raisins and wood smoke.
