Springbank 15 Year Old is a Campbeltown single malt from Springbank Distillery, where every stage of production is handled on site. It is matured primarily in sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof) in a 700ml bottle.
The nose combines dark chocolate, dried fruit, toffee and oak with a hint of coastal salinity. The palate brings rich sherry sweetness, spice, roasted nuts, leather and gentle smoke. The finish is long, warming and slightly dry, with lingering dark fruit and oak.
