Springbank 2007 9 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky made for the Springbank Society. Distilled in November 2007, it spent nine years in a fresh Sauternes hogshead before being bottled in May 2017 at a cask strength of 57.1% ABV. The release comprised 1,128 bottles.
The Sauternes cask shapes its character, with tasting notes bringing together gentle peat smoke, sweetness, honey and almond.
