Springbank 21 Year Old Single Cask is a Campbeltown single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at a cask strength of 49.6% ABV. It was produced in 2016 from a single Oloroso sherry butt, and 702 bottles were released in the UK. It is non-chill filtered.
The nose brings lemon meringue, pear skin and a hint of almond. On the palate there is dried banana, coconut and butterscotch, followed by liquorice, mint and vanilla in the finish.
