Springbank – 35 Year Old 1989 Signatory Symington's Choice (70cl, 47.8%)

This is a Campbeltown single malt from Springbank, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2024 after more than three and a half decades of maturation. Signatory Vintage released it independently as part of its Symington's Choice series. It comes from a single cask and is bottled at a natural strength of 47.8% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour, in a decanter-style bottle. It is described as having dunnage warehouse mustiness, coastal peat, dried fruits and mineral smoke, with gentle sherry sweetness and a rich, lingering finish.
