Springbank 5 Year Old 100 Proof is a single malt Scotch whisky matured entirely in bourbon casks and bottled at 57.1%. It marks the return of the distillery's 100 Proof expression in a new interpretation.
Pale straw in colour, it has a fresh, fruity nose of green apples, wine gums and gentle smoke. The palate is powerful but balanced, with an oily texture and flavours of peat smoke, honey and light fruit.
