A five-year-old Springbank bottled at 57.1%, a new take on the distillery's older 100 Proof expression. It matured entirely in bourbon casks and is bottled without chill filtration or added colouring.
The colour is pale straw. The nose is fresh and fruity, with green apples, Bassett's Wine Gums and light smoke. The palate is potent yet balanced, with an oily texture and notes of peat smoke, honey and light fruit.
