A five-year-old Campbeltown single malt from Springbank, bottled at 100 Proof, which is 57.1% abv. It was matured entirely in bourbon casks.
The nose is bright, with green apples, gorse, wine gums and a mineral note. The palate is well balanced, with a touch of peat smoke and a sweetness of icing sugar and white chocolate, then tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil. The finish brings honey and gooseberries.
