This is the 2022 release of Springbank Local Barley, an 11 year old Campbeltown single malt made from local Belgravia barley. It was distilled in May 2011 and matured in a mix of sherry and ex-bourbon casks, with a portion of rum casks.
It was bottled on 12 December 2022 at cask strength, 55.1% ABV, without chill-filtering or added colour. The outturn is 15,000 bottles worldwide, and the series is described as always lightly smoky.
