A 10 year old Springbank from Campbeltown, distilled entirely from Belgravia barley grown at West Back Farm. It was distilled in June 2007 and bottled in 2017 at a cask strength of 57.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a mix of 70% bourbon and 30% sherry casks, and the release is limited to 9,000 bottles.
The nose is described as buttery, with butterscotch, vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, honeycomb and chocolate. The palate is velvety and floral, with fruit, lemongrass, marzipan and a little peat. The finish is long, soft and earthy, sweet and smoky, with salted caramel, cinnamon and honey.
