Longrow Peated is a peated single malt from Springbank in Campbeltown, in a 70cl bottle. Longrow is the distillery's peated style, made at about 50 ppm.
It was made to follow the peating levels of Islay while keeping the structured character of Campbeltown, and it matures in ex-bourbon casks.
The nose offers vanilla, ripe fruit and lemon zest. The palate is well balanced and creamy, with a subtle smoky, iodine note followed by custard and wood. The finish is long, with peat and menthol.
