A Trento DOC sparkling wine from Aldegheri, with fine perlage and bright straw-yellow colour.
The nose is fresh, with delicate floral notes, green apple and citrus, plus a mineral hint. The palate is centred on freshness and good acidity, with a slim structure and a savoury finish that leaves a clean taste.
It suits aperitifs, light starters, simple fish dishes and shellfish or fried preparations. Serve at around 6-8 °C.
