A Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut spumante from Fontanafredda, made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Piedmont hills. Prolonged ageing on the lees gives complexity and finesse. The nose shows green apple, white flowers and a light bread crust, while the palate is fresh, mineral and vibrant with lively, harmonious bubbles. It suits an aperitif or delicate seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.
