A sparkling wine from Cocchi, made in the Alta Langa area of Piedmont from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is made by the traditional method, with long ageing on the lees giving delicate notes of bread crust and almond and a pleasant citrus freshness. The perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose there are white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a subtle mineral complexity. On the palate it is vibrant and dry, with a balance of acidity and softness and a clean, refined finish.
