A sparkling wine from Cocchi, made in the heart of Alta Langa, a mountain area recognised for altitude and temperature variation that allow slow, perfect grape ripening. It is made mainly from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, follows the classic method of bottle refermentation, and has a long ageing on the lees, giving complexity and finesse to the bouquet. No added sugars are used, highlighting the purity of the grape and the unique terroir. On the nose it offers mature fruit, bread crust and yeast, intertwined with mineral and delicate floral nuances. The palate is dry and elegant, with vibrant freshness and a persistence that invites a second sip. It is ideal as an aperitif or with delicate seafood dishes.
