It spends 60 months on the lees in bottle, giving aromas of toasted bread, red fruits and light rose notes. The palate is fresh, vibrant and savoury, with a fine and persistent mousse. It suits refined fish dishes, shellfish, seafood starters, white meats and aged cheeses.
