Spumante Asti De Miranda Contratto

A sparkling wine from Contratto, made exclusively from Moscato Bianco grapes grown on the hills of the Asti area. Refermentation follows the Martinotti method, preserving varietal aromas and giving fine, persistent bubbles. Pale straw in colour, it is fresh, sweet yet balanced, with well-calibrated acidity. It works as an aperitif and pairs with fruit-based desserts, light pastry, spicy Asian dishes and fresh cheeses. The nose carries orange blossom, white peach and honeyed notes. On the palate it is fresh and sweet but balanced, with lively, persistent bubbles.
