Spumante Asti Santero

A sweet Piedmontese sparkling wine from Santero, made mainly from Moscato Bianco grapes grown on the hills around Asti. It is pale straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose brings white flowers, citrus and peach with a hint of honey, while the palate is harmonious and rounded, with sweetness balanced by lively freshness and ripe fruit flavours. It suits an aperitif or desserts such as fruit tarts, dry pastries and fresh cheeses.
