Spumante Brut Blanc de Blancs Linea Tralcetto

A sparkling wine from Zaccagnini, made in Abruzzo exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. It is produced by the classic method, with ageing on the lees. It has a fine, persistent perlage and a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose shows white flowers, green apple and a delicate bread-crust note. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and dynamic, with an elegant structure and long persistence. It works well as an aperitif and pairs with seafood starters, raw fish or fresh cheeses.
