Spumante Brut Cuvee - Metodo Charmat - Bolla

A Veneto sparkling wine produced by Bolla using the Charmat method, with second fermentation in closed tanks. It is made from selected white grapes and has a light straw-yellow colour with a fine, constant perlage. The bouquet is elegant, with white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, floral nuances and citrus. On the palate it is light but structured, with balanced acidity, delicate fruity and mineral notes and a clean, dry finish. It suits aperitifs, starters, fish, seafood and sushi.
