Spumante Brut Passerina is a sparkling wine from Offida, made from the native Passerina grape. It is produced by the Charmat method.
It has a bright straw-yellow colour with a lively, persistent mousse. The nose shows citrus, green apple and floral notes, with hints of fresh bread and yeast. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with fine, continuous perlage and a persistent finish.
It works as an aperitif and with fish, seafood and white meat.
