Spumante Brut Ribolla Gialla Metodo Charmat - Torre Rosazza

A sparkling wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia made solely from Ribolla Gialla and produced by the Charmat method, with fermentation in closed tanks to preserve fruit and floral notes. It shows a pale straw colour with persistent effervescence. The nose brings white-fleshed fruit, citrus and delicate floral notes. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with lively acidity, soft fruit and a light savoury note that lingers. It suits an aperitif or light dishes.
