Spumante Brut Rose Metodo Classico Lis Vedranis Torre Rosazza

A sparkling wine from Torre Rosazza, labelled Lis Vedranis, made by the Metodo Classico. It is a pale pink with fine, persistent perlage, opening on wild strawberries and rose petals with a citrus note and light bready sensations from yeast contact. The palate is lively, with fresh acidity and savouriness that support the structure without heaviness, and a taut, fruity finish with pleasant minerality. It works as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish, sushi, delicate cured meats, light first courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
