Spumante Cuvée Novecento Rosé - Contratto

A rosé spumante from Contratto, made in Piedmont mainly from Pinot Nero grapes. After fermentation in steel and secondary fermentation in bottle, it ages on the lees for a period that gives complexity and aromatic nuances. It has a delicate pink colour with bright, elegant reflections. The nose brings small red fruits such as raspberry and cherry, delicate floral notes and a hint of yeast recalling toasted bread. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with vibrant acidity and a balanced structure, leaving a pleasant final persistence. It suits an aperitif or dishes based on fish, shellfish or fresh cheeses.
