Spumante Cuvee Premiere Extra Dry - Bolla

Bolla's Spumante Cuvee Premiere Extra Dry has fine, continuous bubbles and a bright straw colour. The nose opens with white-fleshed fruit and golden apple, white flowers and a hint of bread crust. There is balance between light residual sweetness and fresh acidity, keeping the sip agile. On the palate it is soft but not flat, with light to medium body and a pleasant salinity through to a harmonious, persistent finish. It works well as an aperitif and with seafood starters, sushi and lightly flavoured fish dishes, and also with small desserts that are not too sweet. Serve well chilled.
