Spumante Extra Dry White Gold - Mood

A sparkling wine from Mood, made in a zone suited to fresh, vibrant bubbles. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers floral and fruity notes of green apple, pear and white flowers, with light brioche hints from lees ageing. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with balanced sweetness that does not overpower the freshness. It suits aperitifs, fish, starters and refined finger food.
