Spumante For England Rosé Pas Dosé Magnum Contratto (1.5L)

A sparkling rosé from Piedmont, made from hand-harvested Pinot Nero grown in mountain vineyards with a cool, sunny microclimate. It is produced by the classic method, with long bottle fermentation and several years of ageing on the lees. With no dosage, the palate is dry and vibrant, showing small red fruits such as wild strawberries and currants, along with mineral notes and fresh yeast. It suits raw fish, shellfish and delicate white meats.
