An elegant sparkling wine made from Pinot Bianco. It shows a bright straw colour with fine bubbles and aromas of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and a light bread-crust note. The palate is balanced, with lively acidity and sapidity supporting a slender but present structure. It is suited to aperitifs and delicate dishes, and is best served at around 6-8°C.
