Spumante Jefferson Rosé Brut Nervi (14%)

A rosé sparkling wine from Nervi with a pale pink colour and bright reflections. The nose shows delicate red berry notes, a floral hint and a touch of bread crust from the foam. The palate is linear and smooth, with contained but present acidity, a fine texture and good persistence. It is dry and balanced, with a pleasant savouriness. It suits aperitifs, seafood starters, crustaceans, sushi, light fish dishes, delicate cured meats or fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled.
