A bottle-fermented spumante from the .1 Dot One winery, made in the Italian valleys where climate and terroir combine to create ideal conditions. It is straw yellow with golden reflections, with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is complex and inviting, with ripe fruit, toasted bread and almond notes.
