Spumante Metodo Charmat Brut Almadira

A sparkling wine from Almadira in the I Muretti collection, made by the Charmat method with a second fermentation in closed tanks. It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers green apple, pear, acacia floral notes and a light touch of bread crust from ageing in steel tanks. On the palate it is fresh, with an appealing softness and savouriness, and a moderately light structure. Suited to an aperitif or with light fish dishes, starters and sushi.
