Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Fulvio Beo Rosè Magnum Cà Rugate (1.5L)

A rosé spumante made by the traditional method, presented in a magnum with a wooden case. It is produced from vineyards near Verona using native grapes. The colour is a delicate salmon pink with fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows small red fruits, yeast and a light spice note from bottle ageing. On the palate it is lively yet balanced, with fresh acidity and a delicate creamy structure. Serve at 6-8°C. It suits aperitifs, fish, seafood and less sweet desserts.
