Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut - Cortenera

A sparkling wine made by Cortenera in the Metodo Classico style, Extra Brut. It has a bright straw colour with fine, continuous perlage. The nose brings freshly baked bread and cracker, white flowers, citrus peel and green apple. The palate is precise and dry, with vibrant acidity, subtle creaminess from the foam and a slender but satisfying texture. The finish is clean and persistent. It works as an aperitif and with seafood, raw fish, fish-based starters and fresh cheeses, and should be served well chilled.
