Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut Fulvio Beo is a sparkling wine from Cà Rugate, produced in the Valpolicella area using the classic method with second fermentation in bottle. This magnum holds 1500 ml. As an Extra Brut, it has very low residual sugar and offers purity and freshness. Flavours are well defined, with white-fleshed fruit, citrus and light toast from long ageing on the lees, giving structure and depth and a clean, lively finish. It works as an aperitif and pairs with light starters, seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.
