A sparkling wine from Cà Rugate, made exclusively from Glera grapes selected from the Tessari family's vineyards. It is fermented by the Metodo Classico with more than 36 months on the lees. Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. Freshness, delicate creaminess and pronounced minerality lead to a long, clean finish. Suited to aperitifs and delicate dishes such as seafood, sushi and fish carpaccio.
